In the Seattle Times today on page A10, almost a full column is given to the dismissal of Nicolo Pollari, Italy's intelligence chief, in continuing fallout from the kidnaping and extraordinary rendition of an Egyptian cleric allegedly at the behest of the US CIA.
Pollari's second in command was arrested this summer, and Italian prosecutors are seeking the arrest of over 20 Americans accused of being CIA operatives.
