Anyone have info on the PCO Training?

I have e-mailed the contact for the upcoming PCO Training and Crab Feed in Lacey twice, and have received no reply. : (

I really, really want to go, but I don't have any of the specific information, and I'm assuming that I need to be properly signed up for it. I am a fairly new PCO, and I know I'm not up to speed on what I'm supposed to be doing, which worries me - especially with the caucuses coming up.

Does anyone have the information for this? Or know who I could call, since my emails might not be getting through?

Help would be much appreciated. Reply here, or to this email address: robespierrette at yahoo.com.

I have only attended local district functions in Seattle before, and I don't think I've ever actually been in Lacey, so I'm hoping for driving directions as well as sign-up specifics. Oh, and any "please bring this", or "be prepared to do that" information.

I admit I'm rambling to make sure I have enough words so this will post. . .

Contact your LD chair, who either has the sort of information you seek or knows who has it.  I don't recall where you live, except that it's in Seattle.  The LD chairs in the city are:

I don't understand what you are missing.

Visit the State Party's homepage (http://www.wa-democrats.org).

A gigantic link at the top describes the crab-feed.
If you click on it, you are taken to:
http://www.wa-democrats.org/crabfeed.php

There you will find driving directions, a link to buy tickets, and everything else you asked for.    It even ends with the line: "For more information, or to RSVP, contact Shawna Ousse".

So, if any questions aren't answered on the web page, you can call Shawna, and she'll tell you everything you need to know.

Is there anything else you need?

Why be unfriendly and discouraging?  What's the point? Do people need to be put in their places?  Does that help anyone?

We've got to work together to get this democracy-crushing administration and current Republican leadership reigned in and accountable.  There's enough unkindness coming from those who oppose this goal -- why more from inside?

I must say, I have had as many liberals/Democrats express unkindness to me as I have had from the other side.  Of course, the Rottweiler rushing out from behind a Bush sign to bite my ankle does sort of trump them all...
