Does anyone know if it's true that Gore is in Seattle tomorrow? I've heard that he'll be speaking at 10am at Seattle City Hall. The topic is ostensibly Kyoto, Global Warming stuff, but apparently the Mayor and Council have it locked down since they don't want folks talking about all our pet car projects - the Viaduct, 520 expansion, etc.

Gore was in Seattle today

giving a lecture on Kyoto and Global Warming. I am told it was great and inspiring. On Friday he is participating with Mayor Nickels at an event announcing the recomendation of Greg's commission on the subject. I think it is open to the public. The mayor should have detail on his web site.
