Structure of November 9 FCC Hearing in Seattle: 06-121

At present time, it appears that Chairman Kevin J. Martin: KJMWEB@fcc.gov; Commissioner Michael J. Copps: Michael.Copps@fcc.gov; and Commissioner Jonathan S.
