According to the schedule of house subcommittees, John McKay and all of the other former U.S. Attornies will be up at 11a our time:
JUDICIARYCommercial and Administrative Law Subc. Hrng. on H.R. 580 - To amend chapter 35 of title 28, U.S. Code, providing for a 120-day limit to the term of a U.S. attorney appointed on an interim basis by the Attorney General. David C. Iglesias, former U.S. attorney; Carol Lam, former U.S. attorney; H.E. Cummings III, former U.S. attorney; John McKay, former U.S. attorney. 2141 RHOB.
All of this makes you wonder if we have a Sen. Domenici/Rep. Wilson in our state.
