Saturday, 3/31/2007, there was a well attended meeting of the 9th LD in Clarkston. I forgot to take pictures there :(

Later in the afternoon, the Whitman County Democrats as part of Cougar/Pullman pride days spent the afternoon cleaning the Veterans Memorial at Main and Spring in Pullman.

I'd like to amend the bylaws of the WSDCC to require the Vice Chair to be from Whitman County (as it has been since Paul and Ya Yue).
That's Eileen, WSDCC Vice Chair and Joan Harris, SCW for the 9th.

Civic pride; respect for symbol memorials. Appreciate the photos, the gesture and a shout out to Pullman.

Some things maybe are breaking on the Eastern side of the state. I received email request to our MFSO chapter in WA from a student at WSU indicating they

are holding a conference here in Pullman April 19-21. His request is for military families willing to come and give presentation at the conference. Please visit our website for more details www.wsuprogressive.com.

Thanks for posting the pictures Dave. For those that don't know our crew from Whitman County, in the first picture (from left to right):
Eileen Macoll Washington State Democrats Vice-Chair, Jake DeGraaff Whitman County Democrats Vice-Chair, Jane Guido Whitman County State Committee Woman, Dave Gibney Former Whitman County State Committee Man (and all around great guy), and Nathan Horter (that's me) Whitman County State Committee Man. In front is Jane's grand-daughter (who's name I don't recall).

In the last photo Joan Harris, 9th LD State Committee Woman, is pictured with Eileen.

I have to give a big thanks to Jake Degraaff for putting this event together. He's a really great vice-chair.
