What's going on with the King County charter?

This shouldn't be my job since I live in a regular old traditional county commission style county, but what is going on with the King County charter commission? They've met twice so far and I've heard little about what they're talking about and even any thoughts on who is on the commission.
Sharkansky is grousing for an elected elections official and Kelly Haugton, who was involved in last year's Pierce County review, is tracking them but focusing on Instant Runoff Voting (which isn't a bad issue). The Federal Way News published a press release on their first meeting. And, crickets after that. So, what the heck am I missing?
Last year in Pierce County, their charter commission showed how this process can show some real results in terms of grassroots success when they voted to institute IRV. It kind of seems like chances are being missed with the low attention being paid to King County's charter commission. No offense, I mean I don't even live up there.
So, here's my modest proposal:
While the commission itself is charting out what changes can be made to the form of King County government, why not start our (or rather "your" for you King County residents) own discussion via a wiki?
Here's a copy of the current King County Charter for reference, and here is a copy in wiki format. A wiki is a flexible document that anyone (in this case, any registered user) can come by and edit. So, if you're interested, you can help rewrite your own King County Charter.
Go here for some help using this particular wiki, but I know there are some folks out there who are pretty well versed and who might be of some help.
