And online live at mms:/207.101.236.30:1150 PST
Andrew Himes, executive director of the Voices in Wartime Education Project and producer of the Voices in Wartime film, put on a fundraising event for the education project at Town Hall this past May 5th featuring Brian Turner, Iraq War veteran and award winning poet. The event featured Brian’s poetry and the very moving stories and testimony of many veterans, refugees, students, and civilians, all those whose lives have been forever changed by war. We are in the process of editing this into a Pirate TV documentary, but, in the meantime, Andy has consented to allowing us to show his Voices in Wartime film on Pirate TV. This film showed on the PBS “POV” series and Free Speech TV. Join us in watching an extraordinary documentary!
