I'm involved in a lot of things and I'm on a lot of lists. One of them is the Democracy for America State Leaders. A notice came through today about protest rallies that are being held around the country on November 15th.

The rally in Seattle will be at Volunteer Park starting at 10:30am. This is a timed event with synchronized events going on across the country.

There is also an event in Spokane at the same time. Here's a link to the Washington State organizing page:

We're doing one, too!

There will be a rally on Saturday at Zelasko Park, Aberdeen, in solidarity.

For quite a few years, I have had no church to call home and I felt like my faith had been stolen from me by the RWCWs. I'm pleased to have found a Methodist Church that is a reconciliation church which also hosts PFLAG meetings while practicing inclusiveness with love. Not all followers of Christ believe that He would want us to practice hate, derision, and divisiveness.
