Person who tallys voter choices and calculates delegate allocations
COLLECT SIGN IN SHEETS
Tally sign in sheets
Preliminary allocation of delegates
Announce delegate allocation per candidate
VOTERS GET TO SWITCH WHO THEY SUPPORT
1 minute speech per candidate
People who switch change their preference on sign in sheet.
Tally Clerk recalculates delegate allocation

Announce delegate allocation
CANDIDATES WITH DELEGATES CAUCUS TO ELECT DELEGATES
I read rules
Voters break into candidate groups,
elect delegates and alternates to next level
