Open thread and calling out Particle Man

So this was originally a diary that I intended to delete, then I thought, "let's just put it to good use!"  I recently installed a new OS and have as yet been unable to recover my old files, including my contact information, so I can't find Particle Man's contact info.  PM, the coordinated needs you, buddy.  Can you e-mail me your contact info and maybe just contact the coordinated directly while you're at it?

So sorry for this intrusion in our day.  (And believe it or not, this is all related to Washington politics, so it's not as out of order as it might seem!)  Since this is a pretty focused and sorta useless post (for folks other than moi), please use it as an open thread - use the comments to speak yer mind, complain about Arthur's misleading use of bathtub imagery in his recent diary or Pam Anderson's odd use of her body on behalf of fur (as if ANYONE is going to look at her naked form and think "she's right, we should stop being cruel to animals"), Goldy's new radio show, or the distinct lack of summer thus far in our lil' corner of the world.

That's why I'm not a first string blogger, I need something to respond to! And I made a minor promise to stay quiet for awhile on some more volitile issues.
We may have some candidates in the 9th, we usually do but it's a real uphill battle. Once we get below statewide offices, anything abouve 30% for a D labeled candidate is a good showing, we did 49.9 for an open LD position once and almost that good another time.
I'll post more later, when I know which seats we're contesting.
