It's what the DNC forgot to resolve that troubles me

Here's a list of the resolutions passed at the 2007 DNC Winter Meeting:

Supporting and Honoring the Men and Women who Serve in our Armed Forces, Expressing Deep Concern with the Bush Administration's Performance in Iraq and Opposing the Escalation of the War in Iraq
A Resolution On the Need for Action in Sudan
A Resolution Concerning the Restoration of Habeas Corpus
A Resolution In Support of Accurate, Open, Transparent Elections in the United States of America
A Resolution In Support of the District of Columbia Fair and Equal Voting Rights Act
A Resolution Supporting Energy Independence and a Clean, Healthy Environment
A Resolution Commending Governor Howard Dean for Instituting the "50 State Strategy" at the DNC
A Resolution In Honor of Black History Month
A Resolution Condemning the Bush Administration for Failure to Stop the Growth of Opium in Afghanistan
A Resolution Commemorating the Life of Susan Blad Seldin
A Resolution Commemorating the Life of Maria Leavey
A Resolution Honoring the Life and Career of Governor Ann W. Richards
A Resolution Honoring the Life and Career of U.S. Representative Father Robert F. Drinan
A Resolution Commemorating the Life and Career of Molly Ivins

Can't say I disagree with any of them, but here are some things I found troubling by their absence:

How about a Resolution condemning the Pentagon for allowing cronyism to influence body armor contracting and putting our soldiers lives at stake?

How about a Resolution stating that we intend to get to the bottom of the Niger Uranium forgeries?

How about a Resolution condemning Republican cover-ups on the Intelligence failure leading up to Iraq?

How about a Resolution stating that we intend to get to the bottom of said "Intelligence Failures" ie, intelligence manipulation, leading up to the war with Iraq?

Oh, and how about a Resolution stating that the Democratic Senators intend to grow some balls?

Oh, and how about a Resolution stating that the Democratic Senators intend to grow some balls?

Do you think our two Senators would appreciate it?

If perception is reality, then the world must be flat and the sun must revolve around it.
