And so is the caucus system. Now turn out!

As a member of the WA 4 Edwards steering committee, I was just invited to an event with Bill Clinton "at the VIP level" on Friday, obviously to persuade us to switch to Hillary. "It's clear she's the more liberal candidate".

Is there ANY reason I should go? I think not. Maybe to check out if Bill Clinton's nose in person resembles a penis as much as in recent photos.

Gosh, that was mean. What has happened to me!?

A lot of Obama supporters talked about how important Washington state might be after Super Tuesday, but I'm not sure anyone really anticipated it would be THIS important.

But the state chair, Dwight Pelz, did.

Wild stuff.

at once!

are you all drinking outta the same kool aid jug you found next to a trucker rest stop?

when you all agree the freaking world is really gone end.

There are a LOT of forces at work here, and Dwight just pulled an Elaine Garzarelli.

(google "elaine garzarelli stock market crash
")

  1. The corporate pig media did what I've seen them do since RayGun - pick and annoint candidates, AND, ignore / trash those they don't like.

  2. The DC Dem party did what I've seen them do since Raygun: stand by helplessly, BUT, we got plenty of whining from all the uber educated uber connected uber paid about how they're all so smart, and deserve to 'lead' us, and how we're all just helpless victims of meanie despicable lying stealing fascists, who, BTW, aren't nice and don't play fair.

  3. people who typically outshine me in stark realism by 3 orders of magnitude have got their hopes up that maybe some of their hopes will be, hopefully, kind of gotten a little closer too, despite all the other times lucy has pulled the football out from them just as they were gonna kick it.

  4. I can't count all the people telling me, or writing, the latest sage conventional smart pragmatic wisdom ... that I heard some gasbag telling us all on NBC, ABC or CBS 2 days ago.

Howard Dean was ...

the reason?

How many of us were going through the motions, BUT / AND we're in this cuz Dean got our hopes up 4 years ago, and we were somewhat willing to suffer the insufferable incompetents running this f'ing party into the ground, while getting paid handsomely

AND

now we got something to do on Sat!

YAHOO !!!!

(oops, should I cheer Microsoft! ...

how about

Ya Hoo! ... whatever. )

I pledge to publicly expose anyone who pulls any underhanded crap on Sat. to benefit their candidate at the expense of the other candidate... not that any candidate has been playing hardball in the primary when s/he won't play hardball with fascists.

People are stoked, and you can't stop them from being stoked just because you're smarter than they are.

We're not only organizing for president, but up and down the ticket, because people will get to use the Democratic Party to solve all their local problems -- and that's exactly what we want them to do, because that's what we're here for.

If perception is reality, then the world must be flat and the sun must revolve around it.

...yesterday that said substantially the same thing...  Nice to see what a shot in the arm for Dwight's self-esteem this is proving :-)

at least beyond local elections.  At least it would be a traight up debate.  As it is they are violating any party member's right to have their vote truly count in a State run primary.

Anyway, wish me luck first time as a PCO
