McMorris is popular in part because of the idea that she is just a down-home girl from the fruit stands of Kettle Falls, WA, who is doing a short stint in Congress. Let's get real here folks. Rep. Cathy McMorris-Rodgers is highly partisan, career politician and Republican insider. She will be one for life, and she is intricately involved in Republican Party politics as they try to further Wall Street, destroy medicare and facilitate the Corporate take over of America.

However, she is also successful at playing the side game of fundraising, following the party line, and horse trading votes. The fake image of a citizen legislator combined with the calculating, partisan insider have allowed her success.

How do we stop McMorris?

To counter Cathy McMorris-Rodgers, we need to stop repeating every election year the absurd notion that this is might be her last race because she will leave D.C. to raise her children back at Loon Lake. Every time we repeat this nonsense we reinforce the image of her as a down-home, citizen politician, and it is just is not true.

For goodness sake, Rep. Cathy McMorris-Rodgers is in line to become the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Also, there is talk about her as Romney's Vice Presidential Candidate. Let's not give her any more help advancing further in the Republican machine.

Voters like citizen legislators. McMorris-Rodgers is NOT a citizen legislator. She is in fact a highly partisan, career politician. Voters dislike career politicians, so lets tell people the truth about McMorris.
