| | Here's a list of national and Washington state sites for U.S. presidential campaigns. We'll update this as new info comes in. The logo appearing to the left has been placed on Washblog's sidebar for easy access. This post was inspired by Ken Camp, State Director for Bill Richardson for President, who requested that Washington campaign information be made more accessible on Washblog.
As of January 10, 2004, several candidates have dropped out:
Senators Biden, Dodd, Gravel, and Richardson have withdrawn their candidacies. |
BARACK OBAMA
National: Obama '08
State: Seattle for Barack Obama.
As of the date of this posting, 23 states are listed and Washington is not among them. I could not locate the Washington State page by looking around the national site; I had to go through Google to find the very informative and well put together site: Washington Grassroots Website for Obama 2008.
Obama's Deputy Director of Western Caucus States is Suzanne L. Gelderman. She can be reached at:
Obama for America
303.825.3408 (office)

JOHN EDWARDS
National: John Edwards 08: America Belongs to Us
State: I find two sitesWashington For Edwards and the Washington Chapters page for the national Edwards' site. At the posting of this diary, there were 49 Washington chapters.
DENNIS KUCINICH
National: Dennis for President: Strength Through Peace
State: Washington for Kucinich. A very well developed state page with extensive information and contacts.
SENATOR HILLARY CLINTON
National: Hillary for President
State: The national site lists only California, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, and South Carolina under the "States" link. Under the "Search for Groups" link, you can search by zip code.
Two Washblog diaries: Hillary campaign training will have a positive impact on the WA Democratic Party and The Arrogance of the State Clinton Campaign that there is a Washington division of the campaign, being run by James Kainber.
