Goldy's got a piece on it: Welcome Karl Rove

The Seattle Peace and Justice calendar mentions it briefly as a free speech opportunity.

Seattle Times has a brief story.

There is a big anti-Rove rally planned for that day with numerous groups involved.

Saturday April 14, 2007 - 4:30 pm
The reception inside with Rove starts at 5:30 pm
Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center
17620 International Blvd
SeaTac WA 98188-4001

Bring banners/signs, the KCDCC will have buttons and signs too.

For anyone not familiar with the Hilton, there is a shortage of places to park nearby.  Consider carpooling and geting there early as you might have to park a number of blocks away.

Let's give Mr. Rove a big Seattle "welcome" and let him know how we feel about him.

I'm in southern West Seattle near White Center.

Satisfying way to spend an early evening! But I'd have to rush back to see "Legends of Oriental Dance" at Langston Hughes Theater, 7:30.
