Geoff Simpson, WA State Representative from the 47th legislative district, where I live, has an editorial in the PI today entitled The Wrong Path to Follow, that outlines the case against the Pro-developer, pro-sprawl, anti-zoning, anti-government initiative that the Washington Farm Bureau is working towards putting on the ballot in the fall. this was a great op-ed by Rep. Simpson

I think the language to use is now 'Developer's Initiative', but I could be mistaken?

In any event, we need more of this from our electeds and party leadership - to come out in front and start the discussion on our terms, and to not let wingnut radio and the BIAW/EFF surrogates control the debate.
