Remember that BIAW is the organization that indicated on the front page of its web site that it supported "revenge" and a "frontal assault" on Washington State's Supreme Court -- for its land use decisions. It's one of those organizations that takes millions in rebates from the payments that Washingtonians pay into worker's compensation -- and then then pours it into political activities that harm those workers' (our) economic interests and communities. In fact, according to the Washington State Labor Council, BIAW takes more of this money than any other Washington organization. In 2004 alone, it received $5 million.
