Section 2. The Executive Board shall meet every month at the call of the
Chair. Notice of such meeting shall be published in the newsletter. In urgent
situations, special meetings may be called by the Chair or by a majority of
the Executive Board members. Executive Board meetings shall be open to the
membership.
