The effect of what we just saw is that the bill is moves for final passage and tabled till at least noon Thurs when they come back into session.
This should preclude more amendments and is a sign that the Zarrelli not being there thing was an issue for someone, my gut is that it was Finkbeiner.

The vote for final passage did not take place as Luke Esser objected when it was moved to suspend the rules to have the second reading considered the third (this is often done)but an objection requires a vote and it takes a super majority to do this. All we have is 25 votes so the senate adjourned.
