"Oh yeah, that didn't work, lets go with that again." Three of the four caucuses have voted already, with the Senate Republicans likely getting together all 17 of themselves to vote on leaders when they come into Olympia for committee week after Thanksgiving.

The only thing you can really say about the Senate Republicans is that they're decimated ranks may very well see some change. Going from 23 to 17 members in that caucus, one only needs nine votes to win a leadership position.
