Well, no, not really, but with seven of the seventeen Republican state senators elected to a leadership position last week, you sort of get the point. Sen. Mike Hewitt holds onto control of the smallest legislative caucus, and because of some losses in the ranks (Luke Esser, for example) several folks move up and into the leadership.
