Senate Rules Committee Hearing on Senate Bill 1285

Fair Elections Now Act on June 20th!!

John Rauh from the organization www.just6dollars.org spoke at the Spokane WPC Town Hall Forum and invited WPC to support the Fair Elections Now Act to bring about public financing on a federal level. Just as we watched Clean Elections legislation work its way through various committees, the federal Fair Elections bill is now in the same process. As it turns out, Patty Murray sits on the Rules Committee and it would be imperative for us to contact her through emails, faxes, postcards, letters and phone calls and ask that she support this legislation. Her contact info and bill info is listed below. Don't wait! Take this step right away.
