The other thing is a habit of walking looking ...

down at the ground in front of you.

It's a kind of chosen posture that suggests a lack of sufficient esteem ... a kind of consciousness that others are watching you walk.

When you're walking, keep your head up and your eyes moving ... enjoy the view ... who you see and who see's you ... and of course ... watch where you're going.

Actualy it looks like Shrub is trying real

hard not to step on a crack in the sidewalk. Can't risk more bad luck.
Also the back end of the horse apparently growing out of Bush's shoulder is redundant. If it was not an illusion then it would make him a horses ass with a horses ass (sorry Goldy no harm intended)
